Firefly in the Sky (FITS) provides the following services:
HOUSING NAVIGATION: Assessing someone’s housing needs and eligibility; Searching for apartments, shelters, or subsidized housing; Helping complete applications and paperwork; Coordinating documents like IDs, income verification, or vouchers; Communicating with landlords and property managers
HYGEINE AND FOOD ASSISTANCE: Soap; Shampoo; Toothbrush and Toothpaste; Food pantry assistance; Snack Bags; Emergency Food Boxes
CASE MANAGEMENT: We take a collaborative, client-centered approach in which our team works closely with each individual to monitor their needs, support their progress, and help them achieve goals that promote stability, growth, and overall well-being.
WEEKLY COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES: Weekly community activities designed to encourage connection, personal growth, and community engagement through supportive group interactions, educational workshops, recreational events, wellness activities, and access to helpful resources and service.
